Structure of the examination
The telc B2 consists of a written and an oral examination.
Test takers complete tasks using both receptive and productive skills. Receptive skills are tested through reading and listening comprehension tasks, as well as a language elements section. Tasks include multiple choice or text matching.
Productive skills are assessed in written and oral tasks. Here, test takers are presented with specific input, which they respond to in written or spoken form. Vocabulary and topics are geared to the interests of schoolchildren.
